-Give at least 2 week notice prior to pick up
-Grill Rental is for Weekend with a 9am Monday return. With the purchase of hog.
-Deposit of grill, cooked and injection fee due at the time of order.
-Grill requires a 1- 7/8” ball.
-All grills are charcoal.
-Average charcoal amount is 8 to 10 Bags
-When picking up the grill we require a picture ID.
-All grills are to be returned no later than 9am on Monday.
-We will cook the hog for you per your request, but you must come pick up grill.
-We do not deliver or cater the event for you.
-You do not need to clean the grill we only ask that you remove the carcass.
-If you rent a grill on a week day it must be returned no later than Thursday 5pm.
-If grill is returned late you will be charged a late fee.
Hog Cooking Instructions:
-We recommend a low and slow process. Cook the hog on low heat for 8 to 10 hours. Serve and Enjoy!
